Rob Boese

Rob Boese, a native New Yorker, has been in the real estate industry since he was 16 when he took over operations of his parents’ mixed-use medical office portfolio. He migrated to his now wife’s home state of California after the 2008 crash where he established an independent commercial brokerage firm, specializing in industrial real estate, where he was a top producer in the region for Industrial property. Rob has participated in every aspect of real estate during his tenure including development of his family’s east coast properties, tenant and landlord leasing representation in New York City, acquisition & disposition of all asset classes in California, asset management and operations of multi-tenant industrial, and private equity fundraising.

Rob has taken each of these experiences as an opportunity to grow and strengthen his repertoire, storing the skills in his back pocket for the right endeavor where he could put all of the pieces together. WHSE Partners provided that opportunity. Rob’s core strengths lie in strategic planning, innovation, and deal making, among many others. All of his past clients and colleagues can agree that when he puts his mind to something, he always finds success – WHSE Partners’ Funds are no exception.

Rob enjoys balancing his drive in the workplace with his even more rewarding family life where he and his wife, Maureen, share two young children, Wesley and Ginger. Rob studied at Johns Hopkins University and is a designee of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
